We prepare same-month statements for you, typically processed and mailed by the 20th of the month.
Security deposits are collected and maintained in an escrow account governed by the guidelines of the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to respond to your tenant's emergencies.
For repairs requiring specialized attention (appliances, furnaces, drain cleaning, etc.), we contract with reliable, licensed vendors. We are constantly searching for the best prices offered. Major turnovers are done by bid.
Our fee for management is 8% of the gross rents collected. Lease commissions are 50% of one months rent.
We are in close communication with the Association Management handling the property. As a result, most association related problems can be resolved quickly.
