TEL Investments is available to professionally handle your investment property. We are skilled in every aspect of management, including tenant liaison, maintenance and collections.

We collect rent according to the terms of the lease and we monitor the current market value so that you receive the best rate possible.

We prepare same-month statements for you, typically processed and mailed by the 20th of the month.

Security deposits are collected and maintained in an escrow account governed by the guidelines of the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to respond to your tenant's emergencies.

For repairs requiring specialized attention (appliances, furnaces, drain cleaning, etc.), we contract with reliable, licensed vendors. We are constantly searching for the best prices offered. Major turnovers are done by bid.

Our fee for management is 8% of the gross rents collected. Lease commissions are 50% of one months rent.

We are in close communication with the Association Management handling the property. As a result, most association related problems can be resolved quickly.
